When you subscribe you choose a username and password. You then have 24 hour a day, 7 day a week access to more than 500 sermons, thousands of illustrations, and more than 200 power point presentations in our members area. You choose how long you want your subscription to run; you can cancel at anytime. And, of course, we offer a money-back guarantee.

The following are the terms and conditions for using the About Sunday Online service. Please read them carefully. By completing the registration process, you are stating that you agree to the terms listed here.

1. UNLIMITED ACCESS
An About Sunday subscription grants the subscriber unlimited access to the About Sunday Members Area for the duration of his/her account. There is no limit to the frequency in which a subscriber can access About Sunday, or the number of messages a subscriber may download.

2. LICENSE OF USE
About Sunday grants each subscriber a license to use the About Sunday site and the materials supplied therein. Each subscription license is valid for one (1) user.

3. PRIVACY POLICY
About Sunday makes the following commitments regarding your privacy:

About Sunday will not sell, lease, or rent your name, email address, or personal data to any business, organization or ministry.

About Sunday does not make use of cookies  (i.e. when you visit our site, we don't place files on your computer recording your visit.)

4. USE OF MATERIAL
About Sunday retains the copyright on all materials published at the About Sunday site. Subscribers are welcome to use the About Sunday materials and resources to their benefit in the context of a ministry to the local church -- this includes preaching, teaching, and printing notes in local bulletins and newsletters. These materials may not be published for commercial purposes or posted on a website. 

5. SECURITY
Our order forms are processed using industry standard encryption technology (SSL). Your personal account information is secure. About Sunday guarantees this transaction to be secure.

6. FEES AND SERVICES
About Sunday is an internet-based subscription service that becomes active as soon as your payment is processed. Your subscription remains active until you choose to cancel by contacting About Sunday at aboutsunday@aboutsunday.com All subscriptions are renewed on the first day after your billing cycle.

If you are not completely satisfied with About Sunday you may request a refund and one will be issued immediately. 

7. MODIFICATIONS
About Sunday reserves the right to modify its policies when necessary. Subscribers will be notified of such policy changes through our posting revisions in the Member's Area of About Sunday.
